Socialite turned brand influencer Amber Ray is finally addressing online trolls speculating that she and Kennedy Rapudo moved from their 5-bedroom duplex in Westlands to Syokimau due to financial constraints.

According to Amber, she is living her best life and that is all that matters.

"People will always say a lot of stuff na mimi I don't care about what people say as long as we are happy and living our best life," stared off the mother of two.

She went on to highlight some of the major reasons that made her and her fiancé Rapudo choose to settle in the outskirts of the city as opposed to the leafy suburbs such as Kilimani, Kileleswa, Karen, and Kitisuru.

These areas are a favourite among Kenyan influencers and the heavily moneyed folks due to their proximity to things and the affluence that comes with the neighbourhoods.

"For me, I love Syokimau because it gives me peace. It is in Machakos so iko karibu na nyumbani and it is near my mom another thing is I have gotten to a point in life where I feel like it is high time I stop paying rent," the brand influencer said during an interview with a online media.

Amber went on to confirm that the house in Syokimau was not a rental as some people speculated.

"It is not a rental, we've bought the house," the club host said.

On what advice she would give to people looking to be homeowners, Amber emphasized the importance of patience and trusting in God.

"It is not an easy job, just do what you can. I always say God's time is the best, so don't pressure yourself. Time ikifika you'll own one," Amber Ray joyfully said.

Two months ago while flaunting their Sh. 350k Westlands duplex, Amber had revealed that she and Kennedy had plans of building their own dream home. It now seems they settled to buying as opposed to doing everything from scratch.
