Popular Tanzanian music video director Khalfani alias Khalmandro has passed away.
Reports reaching our Entertainment desk indicate that the talented Director died while receiving treatment at the Muhimbili Hospital in Dar es Salaam.
A few weeks ago, industry players made director Khalfani’s hospitalization while seeking funds to foot his hospital bills.
Several celebrities from the Bongo Flava industry took to social media to express their heartfelt condolence to Nisher’s family and friends.
Director Khalfani’s came months after the death of another top video Director called Nisher.
Director Nisher passed away on December 12, 2023.
The death of the young talented star was confirmed by his family. Nisher was the firstborn son of popular Arusha preacher Dr. GeorDavie.
“Familia ya Dr. GeorDavie imethibitisha kutokea kwa msiba huo wa Kijana wao Nisher na kusema msiba unafanyika katika nyumba ya matamko Kisongo Jijini Arusha na kwamba taarifa zaidi zitatolewa baadaye,” Millard Ayo said.
Just the other day, the Tanzanian music industry was also mourning the death of prominent photographer Noel Mwingila alias Zuchy.
Zuchy died in a road accident involving a motorbike in Mbezi Makonde, Dar es Salaam on April 25, 2024. He was attaché to Millard Ayo’s media house.
