American pop producer, actor, and songwriter Benjamin Joseph Levin popularly known as Benny Blanco cannot stop gushing over his relationship with multi-Grammy award-winning songstress Selena Gomez.
And just like NFL star Travis Kelce is in a daze about dating Selena's best friend Taylor Swift, Benny cannot believe that he is dating the former Disney star.
"I wake up every day and I look in the mirror and I'm like, 'How did this happen?' But until anyone figures it out, 'Weeee!'" 36-year-old 'East Side' hitmaker Benny said during the launch of his new cookbook, "Open Wide: A Cookbook for Friends," on TODAY With Hoda & Jenna.
The Hollywood star went on to reveal that he strongly feels his culinary skills are what helped him bag Miss Gomez.
He revealed that he had quite the spread for her during the first date and true to old adages, "food is the gateway to the heart,"
“Look at me, the only way I got where I am is by cooking food. Are you kidding me? That’s the best first date in the world, you cook up some food! How could anyone not love you if you're making them a huge steak with potatoes and salad," the 'The Brothers Grimsby' actor ecstatically said.
Celebrating her boyfriends latest achievement, the 'Kill Them With Kindness' hitmaker Selena took to her Instagram to share a huge replica cake of his book.
"So proud of @itsbennyblanco - Open Wide is out now!!," the 31-year-old singer captioned the post as she took a bite out of the cake shaped like Blanco's book. She also shared a few more photos of her posing with the man of the hour.
Responding to the post, the author beautifully wrote, "Life is better when I'm w u,"
The pair who've known each other for a long while and actually worked on a few songs together, confirmed their romance back in December 2023 after months of speculation.
Since then, they've been inseparable taking their love to basketball games, double date nights with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, and of course, the kitchen.
