Kenya’s supermodels Ajuma Nasenyana and Christine Masese will be competing with their counterparts in Uganda for the East African Model of the Year award in an award ceremony to be held in Tanzania later this week.
The two Kenyan beauties are international superstars and have been shortlisted together with Vivian Mutesi and Sharon Sanya both of Uganda for the title to be awarded during the Swahili Fashion Week in Tanzania slated for the 5th of December.
Christine Masese is the first model to make it through to Top Model of Color International grand finale, while Ajuma came into the limelight with the Miss Tourism Kenya show where she was crowned Miss Nairobi. She entered for the ‘Supermodel of the World’ competition and later took off to Europe where she was signed by major agencies in London, Italy, Austria, Spain, Ireland, Canada and Sweden. Ajuma was named Africa Fashion Week Model of the Year in 2012.
Good luck girls.
