You are either reading this while in church (for shame!) or from the comfort of your bed (I do not know whether to shame you or wrap up my writing and hit my bed myself).

But what I do know is that Sunday afternoons are usually dull and dreary affairs. So what to do to make them a politely fun affair?

Well, that is where I come in.

I have a few ideas on what you can do, where you can go to make an otherwise grey Sunday your launch pad into the week ahead and do so the right way.

So let us get right into it:

#1. Go to the movies

Fam, John Wick is showing and from the reviews on it, this instalment to the John Wick universe kicks ass! Go with your squad and check it out.

#2. Go for a brunch plan

Brew has a dope brunch plan. Actually, so does Deja Vu.

There are no mean options for a dope brunch plan on Sunday. And they are usually polite and legit.

You can just call up your friends and got for an hour or two.

Why?

Well, for starters, it gets you out of your house.

Secondly, why not find out what is going on in your friends' lives? Seriously, some of them could be going through a lot and they could be in need of a listening ear and sympathetic shoulder.

Jesus, that took a dark turn.

#3. Read a book

Or work on your side hustle/ business. If you thought I was going to encourage you to watch the boob-tube, you are sorely mistaken.

Strap up and get to work.

I don't know about you but I do not see myself working for some schmuck for much longer.

I want the freedom self-employment affords an individual and I would encourage to search your soul and see whether you are cut out for the rigours of being the guy others rely on for a salary and the heartache that often entails.

If you are, there is no day quite like Sunday to work on your project, your mission.

Bonus

Have lots of sex. Stay safe and strapped up but come on, what other stress relief method is free?
