He took a swipe at Eminem on Wednesday, as he said the rapper 'doesn't understand the new generation of rap.'

And on Thursday morning, Justin Bieber tackled a more serious subject on his Instagram as he told fans to 'fight for what you love and who you love' and 'don't let fear and anxiety win.'

The 25-year-old's heartfelt post comes as his wife Hailey Bieber is spotted leaving their apartment in New York City.

Justin wrote a lengthy caption alongside a black and white selfie.

He spoke about God, saying that he 'has not given us a spirit of fear but of power love and of a sound mind!'

Justin continued, revealing that he 'hadn't believed the truth about myself' and that he 'hadn't believed I am loved,' 'forgiven,' because 'it's a hard thing for me to wrap my head around.'

The pop star said: 'I hang my head in shame and I wallow in sadness about the people who have betrayed me.'

He said that God's character never changes' and that 'he is always good,' adding that God 'accepts you as you are, loves and forgives you and welcomes you' into his arms when you 'mess' up.

Justin shared another picture - this time to his Instagram stories of himself with the caption: 'I'm getting there one day at a time if your going through it don't give up.'

Meanwhile, Hailey was seen stepping out of their New York City apartment on Thursday morning.

The model, 22, cut a casual figure in a black turtleneck with baggy dark blue pinstripe trousers, adding a gold accented belt and an ankle-grazing duster coat.

The blonde beauty hit the pavement in white sneakers with a structured black and gold bag with small framed sunglasses to round out her look.

Hailey, who styled her hair up in a bun with just a touch of makeup, carried a book in one hand.
