Sheila Mwanyigha is living her best life after making a conscious decision to hit the gym and shed a few pounds.

She has been an inspiration to so many of her lady followers and her purpose was to make sure her followers are in line with her everyday progress.

Sheila Mwanyigha is intentional about developing a healthy and fit lifestyle and she does not want to walk that path without her loyal followers. She constantly encourages them to push on and at least dedicate 21 days in a month to the gym.

This being her second year in that journey, she has evidently lost a significant amount of weight and she is looking 10 years younger.
