Jalang'o lists reasons why women stay in abusive relationships

On Friday morning, when Kamene narrated how she found herself stuck in a relationship with a man who didn't deserve her, Jalang'o was ready for her.

According to Menje, she is like many other women who's love s always unwavering despite their men's behaviors because that is their nature.

Jalas wasn't buying any of that and he is convinced that a woman who is willing to stay with a man who is not right for them, has self esteem issues.

"This morning you want to tell me there’s a lady who knows a man doesn't deserve them and still stays there? Then that’s a woman who’s self esteem has gone to the dogs..

I know it is not easy but I tell them to always leave whenever they don’t feel valued," Jalang'o advised. 

Jalang'o was not done yet and he went on to give a few reasons why she believes women tend to stay in such emotionally abusive relationships.

Number one, women will stay because he has money, she will stay there because she knows you opened a ka business and it is doing well, you will stay with him because of Dr.. Ring ding (sex) and you know really well he is not good for you..

One listener, Winnie, narrated how she found herself in such a similar situation before she decided to move on.

"Aki you men, I was in love and that guy really stressed me out, when he does this today, tomorrow he will do another thing tomorrow.

You end up forgiving him because you love them. He knew I loved him and  I would still take him back and one day I decided it is done," said Winnie.

Another caller confessed how she caught her boyfriend asking his friend to find him another girl, but she still wants him back.

"Nimemiss the good times you know?" She said.
