'Keep rolling with the punches,'- Jalas

Everyday on Kiss FM presents a new chance for Jalang’o to motivate somebody who needs that extra kick to go out there and conquer the world.

This morning he was speaking to that person who has been receiving punches from all angles despite what they are doing.

His advice? Roll with the punches and don’t you ever stop!

“Roll with the punches when things don’t go your way, adapt to the changes and keep moving ahead. Who said things will be easy or everything you do will be a bed of roses?,” said Jalas.

He says that everyday as you grow as you try and as you push yourself there will always be people ready to doubt you, criticize you and talk down on you. Those are the punches that you need to roll with and never stop.

“It is you who has the dream of where you want to be not the people talking about you or those focusing on you. I am used to the punches and being talked about but we keep moving regardless,” he added.
