A family of one of the 3 victims who died due to a stampede at GloRilla and Finesse2tymes New York concert has announced that they are gearing up with attorneys and ready to sue.

Michelle, the sister of 35-year-old Brandy Miller, who was trampled to death in the chaos that followed the rappers' ill-fated Rochester show earlier this month announced that the family was planning to sue Glo, Finesse2tymes, plus the promoters of the sure as well as Main Street Armory, the grounds where the concert was held.

It seems the two artists might after all be looking at a legal battle even though the stampede happened after the concert and the two had already left the grounds.

The late Brandy Miller's sister maintains that her family is in the process of retaining an attorney and aims to retain someone who's high profile because the family "has no plans to back down".

Michelle highlighted that they had spoken to several lawyers since Brandy was pronounced dead on Monday,

The Millers believe Brandy's death could have been prevented as they revealed that Brandy's brother was at the concert too, onlywatching from a different area and from what he saw, the show was a total pandemonium from the very beginning.

Last week Tmz Hip Hop had reported that they had caught up with Finesse in NYC and the artist had scoffed off the idea that he might be blamed, and flat-out maintained that he wasn't worried about potential lawsuits.
