A house under construction has collapsed in Utawala, Nairobi County.
The six storey building located at Kibiku shopping centre reportedly crumbled Monday morning.
Witnesses said there were no casualties following the tragedy.
"There was no activity in the building today hence no casualty," a witness told the Star on Monday.
Confirming the incident, Kayole subcounty police commander Paul Wambugu said they have launched investigations into the incident.
"I confirm that the house collapsed this morning. We are investigating why," Wambugu told the Star on the phone.
