How KRG the Don’s listening party for ‘Tim Bomb’ went down
Celebrities who graced KRG the Don’s “Time Bomb’ Listening party at GTC
Kenyan Dancehall artiste Karuga Kimani aka KRG the Don has kicked off the year 2024 on a higher note as he unveils much-anticipated collabo with Jamaican superstar Konshens.
On Wednesday (Night) Don held an exclusive listening party to his new tune “Time Bomb” which he has featured Konshens.
The invite-only party was held at the Pan-Pacific Hotel at the GTC Nairobi – attracting several big names from different sectors – politicians, business people, content creators, and members of the fourth estate.
Some of the notable names who were present at the Listening party include; MP Jalang’o, CAS Charles ‘Jagaur’ Njagua, Phiona Tosha, Nick BigFish, Terence Creative, Milly Chebby, Eddie Butita, Businessman Juma, Dr Cassypool, DJ Kemgal (KRG’s Manager), DJ Lyta, Bensoul, Maandy Kabaya, DJ Adalla, DJ Gaza King, Austin Mungai, Cindy K among others.
At the party, those present had the opportunity to watch the “Time Bomb’ music video for the first time.
After the premiere, KRG was accorded a standing ovation – many saluting him for a job well done on “Time Bomb’.
“We are here with the whole crew and family and we wish you all the best. Keep doing what you are doing, keep being a brother, and keep pushing. We will always be here to support you,” Jalang’o told KRG the Don.
Speaking about his collaboration with Konshens, KRG the Don mentioned that their song took at least 2 years to put together.
“This collaboration took us two years. We kept on planning and postponing things but 2024 happened and we now have the song.
“I’m very confident with this song and it’s a certified hit because the people who have listened to it have already approved it,” KRG the Don said.
