'Justin Bieber contacted me,' Wizkid

Nigerian superstar Wizkid says Canadian singer Justin Bieber was the one who contacted him before jumping into his hit-song 'Essence'

The song which also features Tems made its debut at on Billboard's Hot 100 Chart.

In an interview with Complex, the Star Boy said 

“He reached out to me and he loved the record. He sent the verse and it was just fire. We linked up and we performed it together."

He added that there are more collabos on the way.

We got some more music together as well.”

Reacting to the song going platinum, Wizkid told Tems that;

“I appreciate you, love you baby girl. You’re a superstar, this is your time, this is your moment. The world needs to hear this shit.”
