'Don't settle for less,' Anerlisa tells women
Nero Water Company CEO Anerlisa Muigai has asked women not to settle for less in a relationship.
She said this after sharing a video enjoying a good moment with her boyfriend who she's about to celebrate one year anniversary with.
"Can't believe I am almost 1 year with you. 20th June," she wrote
Adding;
"Someone will willingly meet your standards without you having to constantly remind them. Don't settle for less."
In another Instagram story, she wrote;
"When it's peace in your home it's not hard to stay at home."
Muigai was in a relationship with Tanzanian singer Ben Pol before they tied the knot at a private wedding.
Reports later came out that they had split months after their marriage. In a past interview with SNS the 'Moyo Mashine' hitmaker said things got really bad in their union
''When reports emerged on social media, last year that we had split, things were bad. We were not in talking terms."
According to Pol, a letter was sent to him to not speak about their relationship nor Anerisa as a person.
''I think it was driven by a lot of insecurities and fear. People do so much when it comes to protecting their image brand. I think she felt that I know so much about her and that I would one day blast her.''
Adding;
''Men who sent her DM's made her feel Proud but again, it is not the reason we parted.''
He added that he is ready to love again.
''Never say never. I can't hold myself. I will marry again even next week. I go with the flow. I have not been hurt that much to say I will never get married. I feel jealous of those in marriage but there is luck in marriage, you may do your best, but if the other person is not, then you can't succeed.''
