Comedian Dr King'ori has announced a major career move after he announced his exit from NTV.
King'ori, who is the creator, writer and producer of the show said he would be announcing his next move to his fans.
He aired the last episode on Friday night after seven years and over 300 episodes in the station.
"This is thanks to the unwavering support from you our viewers/ Your patronage propelled us to great heights, earning us recognition at the prestigious Kalasha Awards and a nomination for the best performance in TV comedy and the best TV comedy in Kenya for the upcoming 2024 edition," he wrote in a statement
"Over 300 unforgettable episodes on TV and over 70 million views on YouTube making the Wicked Edition the longest-running satire show on Kenyan television." said part of the statement
He said the show will continue to stay true to the Kenyan culture even as it expands to new horizons whilst bringing people together through laughter.
