Pastries entrepreneur Maxwell Mwamburi is asking netizens to stop spreading the narrative that he is using his former 'best friend' Vera Sidika as a stepping stone to fame.

Yesterday while wishing the mother of one a happy birthday, Maxwell who also refers to himself as Hunty Maxine (following his feminine alter ego) took the opportunity to throw some shade and promise he'd be spilling tea on Vera and her husband Brown Mauzo.

Netizens started calling him out saying that he actually had nothing on the two as he has been dragging the story on for ages but not given any substantial tea.

People came to the conclusion that following their dramatic fallout, Maxwell had chosen to clout chase using Vera as she is loved and disliked in equal measures.

" Also, I want you all to stop this narrative that I am using her (Vera) to chase clout.

After all, she also used P-Unit's Denda for clout!!! Alaa!

If not for the P-Unit song, we would never have known who she was!!! So wacha kaende, kaende." Hunty Maxine argued as she tried to exonerate herself from the clout-chasing claims.

Maxine went on to add that she did not want to continue with her " Evenings with Maxwell" series on Instagram as it was limiting and not top of that stories do expire.

The budding social media influencer went on to reveal that he'd be taking his tea-spilling escapades to YouTube.

We know it is where the money is at hunnay and Maxine just realized the coins he's missing out on.

In the same way, Edgar Obare decided to monetize his tea spilling site BNN.

Hunty Maxine wrote, "IG stories disappear, and I want to be narrating my experiences with the celebs, the exclusive tea on long videos with my different personalities.

How about we take this to YouTube Hunnays "

He finished off by asking his fans to subscribe to his channel as they wait for new content.

" Just subscribe and then give me time to prepare my tea series and let us keep it rolling!!!

Hunnay movement to the world."

Maxwell although formerly known for hanging out with media personalities such as Phoina Tosha, Trisha Khalid, and Kamene Goro and being second to Vera Sidika's handbag hit the limelight truly when he came out to accuse Vera of being super mean.

He then spilled tea on make-up and hairstylist Victor Maish and promised to do so with other celebrities who had crossed him in the past.
