Reason Zari told Tiffah and Nillan to ask Diamond about why they broke up

The video of Diamond Platnumz's and Zari's children asking them who broke up their family has landed the Tanzanian singer some backlash.

Diamond had shared the video six days ago about their cute family moment when he was on a trip to South Africa.

Zari rubbished claims that she broke the family apart, as their daughter Tiffah demanded answers.

 “So last night mama told me you broke up the family, huh?” Diamond posed it back to Zari.

Zari got agitated and walked away still not taking responsibility.

 “She said you were having a baby with another girl,” Tiffah added.

The children appeared to side with Diamond.

Social media wasn't happy because the singer additionally denied having other children.

Even his mother was upset about it. 

Zari was on Wednesday October 19 interviewed by a Ugandan blogger about the controversial video Chibu had shared.

The mother of five said; "It's a general thing of children asking why are we not with our father. So for me it was like, 'No ask your dad.'"

Zari added;

"I think he *Diamond* will be in a better position to explain. It's public knowledge I didn't break up that family. At the end of the day I played my part.

At some point they will understand where I am coming from and be like why didn't you tell us the truth another time, but it's okay."

Meanwhile, Zari is unhappy with a certain photographer who leaked photos of her and her much younger boyfriend without her say so.

Zari and Shakib (who is said to be 30 years old) were in a pool filled with roses and having a cosy moment.

The photos were leaked by the photog and which upset the socialite so much so that she terminated the contract with the resort.

Speculation is rife that the photos were taken during her 42nd birthday back in September.
