Conjestina's radical change dazzles Kenyans
The former boxer looked a shadow of herself a few months ago
Mike Sonko has posted an update showing former pugilist, Conjestina Achieng, in a great and happy mood.
Using his Instagram page, the former Nairobi governor who has been one of her biggest supporters as far as her mental health journey goes, shared a photo of a smiling Conje with Sonko and her son.
"We celebrated mashujaa day in style by joining one of our great shujaas Conjestina Achieng for her 45th birthday," the politician started.
Sonko went on to inform Kenyans that the trio was communing a the Mombasa Women Rehabilitation centre where the former boxer has been recovering at.
"This also gave us a chance to share happy moments of the day with lunch, soft drinks , cake cutting, dance and fun with everyone at the Mombasa Women rehabilitation centre."
In the photos that he shared, the philanthropic politician also fed the boxing great a piece of cake.
