Maureen Waititu's sister passes on months after losing another close relative

This morning, content creator and model, Maureen Waititu revealed the sad news that she had lost her younger sister, Pauline.

The mom of two shared the news on her Instagram account writing;

"What a week!😥My family lost our youngest sister.My heart goes out to every family robbed of brilliant young lives."

She added more terrible news that she had also lost her grandmother a week prior, something that would add to the current heaviness.

"My heart is broken for my dad-he just buried his mom now his youngest daughter."

She finished by opining how fast time goes by and advised her followers to enjoy every moment they have with their loved ones.

"Time goes by fast. Hold onto those you love & don't take a moment for granted."

Her fans and fellow celeb friends were quick to condole with her and sent her messages of support during her trying period.

In prior messages, Maureen had spoken in depth about her late grandma, calling her a wonderful woman.

From her post speaking about her late granny's post, she appeared to celebrate a life well lived.

"My sweet grandma, The wonderful woman I was named after, Cûcû Njambi has rested.Rejoice with the angels . Rest in peace grandma."
