You all by now probably have heard about Nigerian billionaire E-Money who made headlines on the 18th of February after he gifted 6 of his employees multi-million cars while others got iphones and cash prizes.

If you haven't don't worry I've got you covered.

Emeka Okonkwo popularly known as E-Money while celebrating his 42nd birthday on Saturday blew up a couple of millions in the celebration. Minus his party, the money largely went to thanking his employees for their loyalty, hard-work and exemplary services.

Sharing a video to his Instagram page Emeka revealed the surprise to his employees who were overcome with emotions to the extent of crying and kneeling before their boss who seemed shy with the public display of gratitude.

Below are the types of cars that Emeka got and the beneficiaries of the gifts.

A Gold Toyota Land Cruiser went to one Okey bakasi, while Yaw got a Black Toyota Land Cruiser, Yusuf (staff) a Black Toyota Hilux, Sunny (staff) a Black Toyota hilux, Julian (staff) a white Toyota Camry and lastly Philip (domestic staff) a navy blue Honda Accord.

According to his post and his brother's message of good wishes it was revealed that other employees got iPhones mostly the 13 pro max, cash gifts that went up to 1 million naira and most importantly prayers over their lives.

The most important question though is, who is Emeka and how does he afford to splurge millions in one day without batting an eyelid?

E-Money is a Nigerian investor, entrepreneur, music record label CEO, shipping company owner, and lastly a CEO of a 5-star oil and gas company.

To top it off he is Nigeria's music star Kcee's younger brother.

Okonkwa was born in Ajegunle in the state of Lagos and contrary to popular belief his money doesn't come from generational wealth and neither was he born in affluence.

Emeka and his older brother Kcee were born in a humble background.

Their father was a Disc Jockey who played music at social events, sold CD plates, and videocassettes, and ventured into other low-income businesses to feed and educate his children.

Their mother was a supportive housewife who ensured the house ran orderly.

Kcee and his brother always had the goal of making it out of poverty although it didn't come easy.

Their family had faced a lot of challenges along the way including being evicted from their house at a point in their lives.

However, the brother didn't give up and kept pushing. Emeka started off as a freight agent before climbing the ladder to build his billions.

Emeka isn't just street smart but extremely book smart as well. The businessmen bagged an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Management and Corporate Governance from The European-American University.

A degree that has played a big role in shaping his business tactics and management as well.

The billionaire is widely known and loved for his philanthropic nature. On top of everything he owns a foundation known as the Five Star Foundation that focuses on helping the poor and empowering the community.

He is currently married to Juliet Okonkwo and shares 3 sons with his wife.
