As the heated conversation of a possible cage fight between 2 of the world's richest and smartest individuals  continues it has finally been revealed why preparations for the match are strolling.

No, no one chickened out.

On the contrary the Tesla and Space X CEO Elon Musk and his sort of archnemeses Facebook and  Whatsapp CEO Mark Zuckerberg, are itching to get their hands on one another.

The issue preventing the fight from being made official is the sheer fact that 51-year-old Elon Musk's has a huge height and weight advantage over 39-year-old Mark Zuckerberg.

Speaking to TMZ Sports the UFC president Dana White revealed that he was absolutely down to put on the fight. Mr. White went on to add that he'd actually been having conversations with both of them.

Mr. White maintained both billionaires were "absolutely dead serious about fighting in the octagon," but Zuckerberg's size disadvantage has become an issue.

In fighting, size matters, a lot.

Elon who in height is 6'1", reportedly weighs between 185 and 200 lbs. As for the Facebook founder, he's just 5'7", and reportedly weighs around 155 lbs. The significant differences indicate that Elon has a 6-inch height advantage, and somewhere around a 30 to 45 lb. weight advantage.

To put that into perspective, Mark would be a lightweight in the UFC while the Twitter CEO Mr. Musk would be a middleweight or light heavyweight basically a 2-3 weight class difference.

It is important to note that most times size advantages can be lessened with diets so if the two really want to square it out, it can happen.

Would you pay to watch a Elon Musk vs Mark Zuckerberg fight?
