Phil Karanja ecstatic after featuring President Ruto on his podcast
The film director shared moments from the interview highlighting how surreal it all was
Celebrated film director turned digital content creator Phillip Karanja is walking on clouds after he got to interview President William Samoei Ruto on his podcast, Becoming CEO.
The former Tahidi High actress shared photos from the interview on his Instagram page referring to the moment as surreal.
In the said photos the two looked dapper in bespoke suits. The president rocked a navy blue suit paired with a white shirt and red tie. He had on jet black leather shoes to tie the whole look together.
Phil on his part stood out in a ash grey suit, paired with a white shirt and black shoes as well. He had his coat off, showing out his vest jacket which was black at the back matching his shoes.
The father of 2 looked super keen as he listened to the President share his views on whatever the two were discussing.
Captioning the iconic post he wrote, "SurrealπBECOMING CEO MINISODE dropping soon on my YouTube channel,"
Phil shared another snippet from their conversation, this time round a video. In the said video the president could be heard saying that his success isn't tied to anything grand or out of this world, he was just an ordinary man.
"First let me tell you I am just a ordinary Kenyan, just like all other Kenyans... you don't have to be special or a genius or anything to get where others get.
Being a leader is just like being an artist, I can also ask you out of 50 million Kenyans how did you get to be the amazing guy that you are in your field?" President Ruto candidly told Phil
Family, friends and followers flocked the post congratulating Phil for such an opportunity while they marvelled at his continuous growth.
