Police responded to a reported disturbance on a yacht at the Miami Beach Marina and found Scott arguing with people on board.
Officers noted smelling alcohol on Scott's breath and instructed him to leave the dock.
While initially complying, Scott yelled obscenities at those on the yacht before leaving the area.
However, he returned just five minutes later and attempted to re-enter the vessel, disregarding police orders.
