As schools resumed on Monday Gen Z teachers have been seen all over social media platforms welcoming their students back for the second term.
They have been seen dancing with their students on platforms such as Tiktok which is such a good gesture and heartwarming way to kick off with studies this new term.
Millennials on Tiktok have reacted by saying they wish teachers could be so kind and fun during their days in school.
Some said they experienced the most traumatic education system where teachers were so harsh and unfriendly.
“Our generation might have been having the most psycho teachers coz those guys acted as if they were out on a mission to kill us," One of the millennials said.
Gen Z teachers are said to have also brought out the determination in students to perform well in class.
Many argue that students don’t want to disappoint their teachers who have taken their time to make learning so fun for them.
It has also reached a point where kids miss school and their teachers due to the fun and engaging moments they are having in school with their teachers.
Nowadays when a kid skips going to school just for a single day they feel so bad which is vice versa to the time millennials were in school.
Gen Z teachers also relate to how school life can be tricky sometimes so they tend to understand their students a lot when it comes to matters concerning school life.
Gen Z teachers also accept being challenged by their students since they understand that a student might be right or might have a very brilliant idea that may be of help. Millennial teachers on the other hand view this as disrespect.
Gen Z teachers have shown that education is more fun and effective when both the teachers and students adore each other.
“Fr education hits differently when both parties love each other,” A Gen Z teacher said on Tiktok.
