But on this night it was their 20-month old son who stole the show when the family strutted their stuff on the red carpet.
Little Asahd Khaled was dressed to impress in a custom all Gucci outfit.
Photographers couldn't get enough of the world renowned record producer as he carried his young son in his arms alongside wife Nicole.
Asahd looked like a mini-fashionista as he gazed into the cameras, wearing a blue and red logo Gucci print blazer, navy Gucci pants and printed Gucci slippers.
Dad opted for a more casual look with white pants, a white patterned button-down dress shirt and white sneakers.
As for Nicole, she looked glamorous in a stylish black and white stripped one-piece that accentuated her curvy figure with a low cut neckline.
Her long curly locks flowed well past her shoulders and was styled with a slight part to the left.
The BET Awards were held at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater with Jamie Foxx as host.
DJ Khaled and Kendrick Lamar went into ceremony with the most nominations — six and five, respectively.
