Yesterday, DPP Noordin Haji ordered Jacque and her fiance Jowie to be charged with the murder of Monica Kimani.
"I have reviewed the evidence so far on record and I am satisfied that there exists a prima facie case to warrant criminal prosecution against them," Haji said in a statement on Tuesday.
By now it's clear that Jacque has a 4 year old baby boy. Well, Avril took to social media to post a photo of the little one looking at his mother's photo, something that didn't go well with her followers.
She was bashed for posting the baby's photo and many thought it was inappropriate for her to post the boy's photo yet she hides her son from the public.
Others thought that it was unnecessary for her to share the photo because the kid has nothing to do with what his mother is going through.
