Starehe MP Charles Njagua, known to his fans as Jaguar has been kind enough to donate mattresses to Industrial Area Prison.

It is a good gesture, at least we can say in his term there is something he has done something. In his caption after posting the number of mattresses he has bought, he added that there is a heavy-duty one that will benefit Babu Owino.

Babu Owino is currently in remand over the shooting of DJ Evolve at a Nairobi club. The court remanded him for 7 days after he pleaded not guilty to attempted murder charges. A video of the purported incident at B-Club last week on Friday, showed him calmly shooting someone and dragging him out of the club to take him to Nairobi Hospital.

He also denied a charge of behaving in a disorderly manner while carrying a firearm, by firing at the DJ. Read the stories below:

In the case the charges are that he is guilty, then he will be spending his time at Industrial Area Prison and that is why Jaguar mentioned it will be of much help to his colleague. So much shade right?

The comments under the post are even funnier and you know I cannot laugh alone. The comments are out to attack Jaguar who was trying to show a gesture of kindness that went wrong. Here are a few tweets under the picture of Jaguar handing over the mattresses:

Tony: Mhesh izi mattresses ziko size ya ulimi ndio unaita Heavy duty?.kama hizi ndio hupea starehe??

Muoge: With whose money? You can only call them donations if you used your own money. Facilitations are not donations. Either way, we need more arrests from your colleagues if that's what gets prisoners better mattresses.

Simple Boy: Wale wanasiasa uliimba katika ule wimbi wako ndio wewe sasa

Mwangi: Hizo mattress si ungepelekea wanafunzi wanaingia form one from your constituency

Kip: And don't forget karma is a b*tch, cheka tu mwenzako...

Mark: Ni poa umezipeleka coz we ndio next kuzilalia

Bob: Or you are just preparing things there for yourself in case you land there? You people have a million criminal cases going on

Samson: We dont need donations we need the prison system to work all the time not only when one of your fellow thiefs is arrested!

Tommy: Failure in government! You are donating mattresses which isn't your mandate. Your constituents are crying about bad roads. Afadhali you donate them to boarding schools, children homes or women shelters in your constituency and then raise the prison issue in parliament committee
