We thought she was done after the twins but her 38th birthday reveled a bump.
As her close family and friends sang happy birthday to her during Jay Z's annual Made In America event held in Philadelphia.
Beyonce was not afraid to hide her bump as she went blow the candles on the cake with all the cameras and flashlights. Her man was right beside her and thanking everyone for coming through.
