Bahati was rumored to be seemingly drunk during the launch of A1 entertainment at Kiza a few weeks ago and of course this has raised a lot of questions concerning his faith. In an interview on The Trend with Amina, Bahati admitted to going to clubs. Though for any staunch Christianity, they would find this very weird in fact this might not be acceptable.

Bahati defended himself on the show saying he only goes unless he is called for a gig as a performer. Now on that day there were no performances at all just cake and booze to celebrate. He said to Amina:

“I ONLY GO TO CLUBS WHEN I’M PERFORMING. WHEN I’M CALLED TO PERFORM. NOT TO CHILL, PERFORMANCE.”

Bahati then felt like that was not enough to justify his turn ups and so he added:

“I’M GROWING IN A GENERATION THAT I HAVE TO GO TO THE PEOPLE AND GIVE THEM THE GOSPEL. HUYO NI MTU PENGINE SUNDAY HAENDANGI CHURCH . I KNOW I’LL REACH THEM ANYWHERE I’M CALLED TO PERFORM?”

During that interview he opened up about a lot of issues, saying that he is not afraid to show his baby’s face. He added that it’s just that he feel it’s not the right time yet but come this week Bahati and Diana might just be ready for the big reveal we have all been waiting for.

Why Gospel singer Bahati’s new-born daughter Heaven has social media accounts

Bahati has been unveiling many music related projects through his record label, and even confessed that signing on a female artiste was his goal this year at EMB, because not many women are given support in the gospel industry and he wants to try and change that as Eastlands Most Beloved.
