The Kenyan duo BC: Bobby Mapesa and Calvo Mistari release another collaborative project dubbed Nawapenda Wote, which features Opips and Jardel.

The track which was released last Friday, 16th June, is BC's third single off their upcoming self-album, BC, co-produced by Gift and Dallie and mastered by acclaimed producer Eric Musyoka of Decimal Records.

Before the duo came together, they each had their own paths kind of figured out, and they were doing great.

Bobby Mapesa, born Moses Oduma, is a Kenyan Hip-Hop artist, entertainer and businessman. He is one of the most sought out Kenyan rapers despite his vulgar lyrics. Some of the hits he is popular for are: Over and Over featuring singing beauty Vivianne, Stamina featuring CLD, Kamoja tu Featuring MP, Naskia Utam, Mtoto Mzuri, Wezere, Bakira,Gwara Winch among others.

Calvo Mistari on the other hand(real name Calvin Kirimba), had also done some great hits solo and with his former team Group Lyrical Assassins. Some of his hits include Datisha, Loving Wrong,Mwanaume Ni Effort, Wanabonga, Umenimaliza, Twendeni Out, Vile Inafaa Kufanywa, just to mention but a few.

The duo has previously released 'Tuzidi' and 'Sema'.

Speaking about the dope track, Nawapenda Wote, Bobby said, “Our fans love lyrical content and wordplay – I am sure they will definitely enjoy this!”

Calvo says, “This song is BC’s perspective,” adding. “A lot of people will relate to this song because they must have dated different people from different backgrounds.”

The sexy club song is set to rock dancehall and hip-hop lovers alike. Set in Huruma and the upmarket Kitusuru parts of Nairobi, the video  perfectly captures the duo’s different perspectives on dating girls from opposing backgrounds and the conclusion is that no matter the case – they like both girls on different days. It brings out the different sides of the divide.

BC is already planning an exclusive listening party soon for their fans to celebrate their upcoming album, set for release in September 2017.
