Khloe Kardashian knows it's all about the booty.

The 32-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has over the past two years lost a lot of weight and sculpted her body into the trim and curvy figure she's showcasing nowadays, with the help of a nutritious diet, a personal trainer and dedicated workouts, including routines to firm up and shape her butt.

This year, she co-founded the denim brand Good American, which is "designed for a curvier, sexier and stronger shape."

Khloe shares her tips for getting a better booty to look "great in a pair of jeans" in an early '90s-style Vogue video that was posted this week.

In January, she will star on the new E! series Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian, which takes fans on a transformational and motivational journey to get healthy and build confidence.

The reality star demonstrates jumping squats, lateral raises and other moves in what appears to be a private backyard overlooking the Santa Monica Mountains, similar to the views seen at her and her family's homes.

"So the next move we're gonna do is called a 'Sandbag Bridge,' and basically, we're gonna work on the biggest part of your booty," she says.

Khloe also demonstrates working out with a kettlebell.

"Remember, you guys never regret doing your workout, you only regret not doing your workout," she said.
