This announcement comes a couple of days after he released a single with Drake titled "Money in the Grave," celebrating the Toronto raptors winning the 2019 championships.

It's been a while since we've heard from Rozay maybe he'll bring back some of that old Rick Ross vibe into the new album and just like Rozay were going to take you back and look through the album that started it all.

Port of Miami was Rick Ross's first studio album released on August 8th 2006. This album brought us some serious classics like "Hustlin," "Hustlin (remix)" and "Push it." The album was originally titled "Carrier criminal" but it was later changed to "Port of Miami" to signify how Miami is a major arrival destination for cocaine shipments to America. Rozay combined with the likes of Jay Z and trap OG Jeezy. The album was such as massive hit it debuted at No.1 on the US billboard 200 selling 187,000 copies within the first week and went on to becoming a platinum selling album.

"Push it" was one of the tracks in the album that gave you a feel of what the album represented. Sampling "Push it to the limit" a track from the legendary movie "Scartface." This album brought Rick Ross to a while new level and put Miami on the map as far as rap is concerned. Now don't get it confused he wasn't showing you the Miami you see in the movies and magazines. He was showing you the other side of Miami, the darker side.

"Port of Miami" brought you the likes of DJ Khaled, Dre and an empire which eventually become Maybach Music group what have artists such as Wale and Meek Mill signed to it. We got a first taste of the album when Wale and Rick Ross released "Act a fool," the first song off the new album now available on all streaming services.
