The first half of 2018 has been undoubtedly a very memorable one for DMW boss, David Adeleke, popularly known to as Davido so far and we are sure to expect more.
The Nigerian pop singer gave us a glimpse into his new found love and relationship with Chioma Avril. Though many may argue its new, this is the first time he's ever showed off any girlfriend this way.
It seems these days, the fall hit maker can't seem to make a statement without Chioma's name being mentioned and not to talk of all the images of her all over his social media pages.
Lets not even go into the gifts and multiple contracts he's managed to sign for the chef. But also like his colleague and 'bestfriend' he has made major money moves.
You can call him ''media whore'' or whatever name you wish for God knows he deserves it. But unlike previous years where he's pulled major publicity stunts, this year all his media attention has been warranted.
After dropping hits back to back and performing at major shows overseas, recent being his talked about performance on the stage of this year's hot 97 summer jam alongside Meek Mill and others.
We are also looking forward to his performance at the 2018 Jay Z made in America concert which like all his performances is expected to be off the chain.
But it will also be recalled that in May, Davido announced he had purchased a private Jet and was quick to shut down speculations that it belonged to his millionaire dad with documents to prove otherwise.
Probable a wise decision as it was reported that this year alone the singer has not slept in one country for more than two days and hence would be easier for movement.
The General Public have been patiently waiting for a glimpse but nothing hence him being called out for lying about the jet once again one month after announcing the ''Air OBO''.
It is not surprising, as he's not one to shy away from the media and is very good at using it to his advantage but is yet to show off the plane, which is what people are using as proof that he lied.
Thereby coming out to shut down the rumour train sarcastically by agreeing as a reply to a question in relation to that. The back and forth which occurred on twitter began with a rhetoric question from a follower
