She is one of the fittest women in Hollywood, with a head-to-toe figure to die for.
And since the beginning of her career, Ciara, 33, dropped 20 pounds and has successfully kept it off to this day.
In an interview with People, the 1, 2, Step singer credits her physique to regular eating, water consumption and regular workouts.
‘That was the first time I got introduced to eating five small meals a day to impact my workout.’
Ciara explained that eating regularly helps ‘the body start to function like a well-oiled machine,’ prompting regular bowel movements.
The mother-of-two also drinks ‘a gallon and a half a day’ of water. Eating right helps her get the results she wants, while drinking water speeds up the process.
Her workouts consist of plyometrics (jump training), cardiovascular work, and also weight lifting all in one kind of thing.’
The star commits to circuit training, in order to get a full-body workout.
Occasionally, the beauty will train with husband Russell Wilson, 30.
The couple, who have a ‘good love competition’ with their workouts, says that they ‘motivate each other and it’s really fun.’
She shares daughter Sienna Princess, two, with her hubby of three years. She also has son Future Wilburn with ex-boyfriend Future.
