Davido is a wealthy artiste. He made money for himself but by no stretch of the imagination is his a tale of rags-to-riches. The artiste who has been raking in millions of dollars first came onto my radar with his song Dami Duro who acknowledged that his father is a very wealthy man.
But make no mistake about it, this is not to take anything away from Davido because he made his own fortune after leveraging what he had to begin with. And he has done such a good job of it that when he stepped out for his new born son's Christening ceremony, he did so with a pair of sunglasses worth 1.3 million shillings or 4,591,342.89 Naira.
