The Nigerian super star who went on a hiatus after announcing the death of his 13 months old son Daniel, has only today, posted an image on instagram to show appreciation for the support.
His colleagues such as long time close friend Don Jazzy and other celebrities as well as fans from near and far, took to social media to share their condolences with the the singer.
Daniel's father's post reads along side a prayer hand emoji, "🙏"
''We want to use this medium to thank everybody that has extended a hand of support to us during this period. On behalf of myself and my family, we are awed by the the demonstration of love and care from both near and afar. May God bless you all. From the Oyebanjos.''
Understandable, the singer who at the time of his son's death was in America for the BET awards, chose to remain silent till today, allowing him and his family to grief in private.
Condolences are still pouring in alongside prayers to help him grieve a little better, with some still making it into the comment section under his recent post.
One follower wrote, May God continue to comfort and console you sir.

Little Daniel's death was felt by many because he was like to his father what Asahd is to DJ Khaled. Not only by the posting of videos, but by the number of celebrities who were fond of him.
On his 1st birthday, many celebrities who have on several occasions been spotted either in a video or pictures with him, were spotted at the party.
Singer Tiwa Savage even in a post to grieve the death, stated how she was only recently with him on his birthday and couldn't believe he had suddenly died. Her post reads,

We have all experienced death in our lives and know D'banj is going through a lot having lost his only child. Prayers are with him and his family.
