Sallam SK, Diamond Platnumz' manager and a close friend tested positive last week for the Covid- 19.
It has of course taken a toll on his health but a few days later, he has come out to confirm he is recuperating well. He took to social media for the first time and said he is thankful to God thus far.
"Thank God I am recuperating well. I just have a few more days and I will undergo further tests to confirm if I am positive or negative. I want to really thank all those who prayed for me. I would also want to thank the doctors who have been so close to us as we went through these trying times 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽." Diamond's manager posted
In as much as we are keeping social distance, Sallam has the support of WCB and Diamond's family at large.
Uncle Shamte, Diamond's ex-stepfather commented on the post saying,
🙏🙏🙏 ALLAH AKUJALIE UPONE HARAKA INSHAALLAH (May Allah help you recover fast)
Mbosso, part of the WCB family also commented to encourage Sallam.
"Inshaallah Mola akuafu haraka Boss inshaallah. (May Allah grant you quick recovery)" Mbosso said
Diamond has not posted anything on the matter but we believe he is also praying for his manager. The team that was with him were all forced to self-quarantine and he has been making good use of the time he has.
We have been having a lot of live sessions of the artiste on social media, where he gets to interact on a one on one with his fans.
Sallam later posted a picture of himself on his Instagram stories and captioned 'No shaving' during his road to recovery.
