Drake's father, Dennis Graham outed him for lying in his records about the nature of their relationship. Drake has on many occasions talked about being raised by his mother while his father was out of the picture.
Drake's father was clearly hurt by the fact that he has to endure hearing music done by his son that either disowned him and his role in Drake's upbringing. And in a recent interview with Nick Cannon, he revealed that not only was he involved, but he was also always in communication with Drake inspite of their distance.
Drake spoke about the matter saying that he woke up to the news that saddened him but he accepts that this is who his father is -a chatterbox willing to say anything for fame.
