Actress Catherine Karanja has come out to castigate gospel singers DK Kwenye Beat and Hope Kid for treating a 20-year-old college student like "garbage".

The two gospel singers are accused of tricking the college student and getting her into a threesome and later infecting her with Herpes.

DK Kwenye beat apologized for his misdeed and said her is "not a perfect man. I am a fallen man but one that God is working on every day."

Adding, "I am a changed man from what I was back then. I am working my salvation with fear and trembling. Sadly this story has come out when I am on my way to complete reformation."

While Hope Kid said: "I believe that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us of all our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

I have repented of my sins and I am pursuing a life that is pleasing to Christ to the best of my ability.

I have some pastors and some godly men who are walking with me on this path and I thank them for standing with me in this difficult time.

To all my fans, supporters, family and friends: I apologize for letting you down. I have fallen but God will raise me up. God will work this around for his glory!"

Joining Kate in castigating them is DJ Mo who was shocked by how blase the two were in a leaked audio.

In it, they were mocking the girl saying that she was not underage and what they did was not wrong.

"She is not a kid. If indeed I did it, where is the evidence? If she kills herself it is on Xtian Dela's head for leaking everything."

Kate did not mince her words.

She wrote: "You just can’t !!!! Come and beat me dropping pin 😩. I'm disgusted! Call a spade a spade 🤦🏽‍♀️. "

Kate added: "Sexual abuse is not only a sin but a criminal offense, tuseme ukweli!! That audio recording is just too much 💔💔💔 impunity much?? #temporarypost. #donotglorifycrime."
