Wasafi Festival went down really well it would seem on the 9th of November. And when we say it was dope, we mean that all the superstars lined up to perform did so and it was an explosive festival.

Wizkid was in the house, Tiwa Savage was in the house, Juma Jux, Ali Kiba and a whole host of Tanzanian stars were in the house. This festival has quickly become the premier event for African festival lovers where Afropop and African music is celebrated.

Diamond and his Wasafi team are visionaries for seeing just how much Wasafi Festival can push African music and they should now consider making it into an entire experience like Nyege Nyege or Coachella.
