Akothee never shies away from sharing her day to day life experiences including her past whether it is good or bad. She really does not care what anyone has to say.
In a recent post, she shared a photo having a drink with her daughters and she was criticized for that. The reason she serves them alcohol- as a mother- is because she doesn’t want any man to take advantage of them.
Akothee also revealed that back in her youthful days she would drink men’s alcohol and run away. So now that she knows how this works, she doesn't want her children to do the same or even worse.

In as much she got a few haters on the comments section -which is used to- she has a lot of comments from her fellow mothers who were in full agreement with her. But the caution is only when their daughters turn the legal age, 18 years old.
