Seasoned gospel singer, Gloria Muliro, has made a name for herself thanks to her talent, versatility and the inspiration that her music ministry carries.
In return, she has become a household name this is after blessing us with songs like; Narudisha, Mapito, Ndio Yako, and Huniachi.
The award winning singer is back again with a new song, 'Nakubaliana' which has already been greatly received by her fans.
In four days, 'Nakubaliana', has already garnered over 40,000 views and is currently trending 27th trending video on Youtube.
But what really inspired this wonderful worship song?
Speaking exclusively to Kiss100.co.ke, Muliro said,
"Nakubaliana basically means , I'm in agreement with the word of God. This is a song that encourages people to stand with the word of God. Because it is forever established and doesn't change."
She added,
So it is just a song that builds faith in people that no matter what they maybe going through, they can hold on to the word and God will come through for them."
This is Muliro's first release since Corona pandemic hit Kenya and it comes five months after she released 'Look to Jesus'.
Just like every other artiste across the world, Muliro who relies on performances to make a living, says she was badly hit by the pandemic.
Corona has affected everyone, myself included. One my nature of ministry involves meeting people and going out a lot but because of the social distancing thing that has not been possible.
Even with things being tough, she says she has been using social media and other platforms to interact as well as encourage them.
One of the ways she kept in touch with her fans during lockdown days was when she started the 'Look to Jesus dance challenge'.
I did a campaign which was all about discovering talent, specifically dance. There were so many talented individuals that participated, and the winner walked away with Ksh10,000.
She says she used the dance challenge as one of the ways of giving back to the society.
