Njoro is one of the comedians whose story on depression was made public thanks to Zeddy.
She had made a promise to do whatever it takes to get help for her peers who have been suffering in silence due to depression and suicidal thoughts. This follows needless deaths' of many comedians.
Njoro's story was very touching considering he was one of the pioneer comedians when Churchill started to air. We've since come to learn that the huge smile he had was shielding deep and dark thoughts.
He lost everything and was forced to go back home to Nakuru where his parents stay.
His story went viral with so many people sympathizing with him and he got the much-needed help.
Taking to social media he sent out a thanksgiving message saying,
FAM WE GOT HELP @WWW.PROJECTAFYA.ORG HAVE SAID THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF MY DADS BILL, ALL BILLS WATALIPA ..I LOVE YOU FAM …GOD IS GOOD.NAM JUNE NAWAPENDA ..HOLDING ON.THERE IS GOD IN HEAVEN @PROJECTAFYTA ASANTE I SANA @ZAINABUZEDDY MUNGU WILL PAY YOU…’ HE POSTED.
In another post, he wrote,
IT HAS NOT BEEN EASY BUT YOU GUYS NAWAPENDA. THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT. I CANNOT PAY YOU BACK BUT GOD WILL. THANKS SO MUCH, THANKS ZEDDY. HOLDING ..GOD IS SO GOOD THANKS SO MUCH FAM ..SIJUI HOW I WILL PAY U BACK …GOD BLESS YOU …🙏🙏🙏
He asked for that one thing and Kenyans have shown him support. All that Zeddy is doing is working for the good of helping those suffering in silence and we applaud that. She has been getting a lot of backlash however that hasn't stopped her.
