Joey Muthengi is not one to talk much about her personal life. She lets you speculate, judge and conclude all on your own.
Taking to social media, she opened up saying that when she landed the TV job, she stopped eating because she was under immense pressure to maintain her image, and she thought she was fine.
Now that she is off-screen, she has come out to share her struggles with eating disorders. She shared a recent picture where she has added a few kilograms and she is loving this her.

Sharing her story, Joey wanted to helo others appreciate how they are and help others fight a demon that is not talked about in the African culture.
