Chito Ndhlovu has opened up about his late mother in an emotional post as he commemorated 20 years since her passing.
Taking to social media, he posted a touching message hoping she will one day get to read his message to her.
In an exclusive interview with Kiss100, he opened up on the one thing he will hold dear to his heart when it comes to his late mother.
"There are a number of character traits we share but, one thing I hold dear to my heart not a character per say but, more of something I consider a special connection between her and I. My mum had a gift of dreams like she would dream about actual events that would happen and she and my dad would interpret them. Turns out I have that gift too. For example, my mum knew through her dreams she was about to die so she actually prepared herself, she even told my dad she didn’t want flowers at her grave instead, that money for flowers should be put in my education fund."
Adding that,
"Another crazy thing about this gift is, my mum even dreamt of things that have happened way after she passed. For instance, I have a younger cousin who was so so sick everybody thought he was going to die. My mum got a dream that in our older years this cousin and I would meet. She took it as a sign he was going to be fine. 2017 literally 17 years after my mum passed for the first time in my life I met that cousin. So this may not exactly be a character but, I genuinely love that my mum and I share that."
KissFM's Chito does not share much about his personal life but he makes sure he shares his experiences to help others who have gone through similar situations.
