Reverend Kathy Kiuna of Jubilee Christian Church (JCC) has painfully narrated the loss of the first man she ever loved, her dad.

In her latest post, the mother of three was addressing the importance of sowing good seeds in marriage, between couples.

Posting a photo of her hubby Allan standing beside her as she viewed her father's body for the last time.

Kathy went on to narrate that before her father's death, she was the one offering a comforting shoulder after her hubby lost his dad.

She says that no matter how tough life was for them after the loss of their loved ones, they still stuck with each other and that was a valuable lesson to them.

She wrote;

Marriage is not just for good times but also for hard tough times. As I had the last look at the first man I ever loved, my dad, my husband held me close all through and I cried so hard on his shoulders. Before that it was his dad, after my dad it was his mum and I was the shoulder he cried on. For better for worse came so alive. Marriage has seasons just like weather does and each season has lessons. When you learn the lessons you get stronger and better.

Kathy went on to say that for 26 years in marriage the two have learnt that the most valuable thing in marriage is that however you treat your spouse, you will reap the same fruits.

You treat your spouse like trash but remember it’s seed, your harvest will come and you will need them badly but they won’t be there. Lesson, never tire sowing good seed. God sees, He knows and He understands and He will fight for you." Her post read.
