In Kenya couples have slowly normalized the ‘art’ of working together.
In fact, some have even taken it a notch higher and are not only colleagues but some have assumed the duties of a manager.

The sassy Vivianne is among celebrities who are managed by their spouses.
In a recent interview with comedian Dr. Ofweneke, knowing when to work and when to love is what has made their relationship smooth.
‘He has always been my manager. We separate work and relationships. We got to know each other on a personal level and found it it was very easy for us to blend.
Especially because of my late nights in the studio. If your husband is not top line he will always be threatened or intimidated.’ She said.
2. Abel Mutua and Judy Nyawira

In case you had no clue, the talented Judy happens to manage both her hubby, former Tahidi high actor and script writer Abel Mutua and his best friend Njugush.
3. Mercy Masika and David Muguro

Award winning gospel musician, Mercy Masika is another privileged celebrity who is managed by her spouse.
In a past interview with Radio Jambo, the 'Nikupendeze' hitmaker said she would have quit music if she was managed by somebody else.
"I would not be this great if it was not for my husband's hard work because he does a lot of things that I could not be doing by myself," Masika said.
4. Evelyn Wanjiru and Agundabweni

Just like her friend Mercy Masika, Evelyn Masika has never shied away from crediting her success to her hubby and manager, Agundabweni Akweyu.
During an Instagram Live conversation with Mercy Masika, she said working together with her husband has proven to be the best decision she has ever made.
"He learnt music from YouTube and has been my manager since," she said.

5. Terence creative and Milly Chebby

Comedian Lawrence Macharia, alias Terence Creative and his wife Milly met at Churchill Show in 2013, where they both worked.
By then, Terence was working as a creative director, while Milly worked as a floor manager.
