Otile Brown has been very vocal of late. One thing he has learned is not to stand up for things that are not worth his time and energy.
A few days ago, he was among the few who sent a message to the President telling him to open the country for the entertainment industry. They are tired of being broke yet some government officials are campaigning for BBI. All they want is to get back to their hustle as it has been a tough six months for them.

Yesterday, the AFRIMA nominations list came out and it was trending as many people were excited to be part of it. So now, it is up to them to seek votes from their fans to scoop wins.
Among the many Kenyans nominated was Mr. Otile Brown under the category of Best Male East Africa. He is alongside top names such as Khaligraph Jones, Diamond, Harmonize, Eddy Kenzo, Rayvanny, Ali Kiba among others.
This nomination would excite an artiste but not Otile Brown, he is not up for this nomination.

He took to his Instagram stories telling AFRIMA to stop nominating him. But why? Isn't this a big award to scoop?

Today he woke up in the mood to set the record straight. He gave a background story as to why he does not want to part od these awards.
"A while back I was called by some award show and guaranteed a win if I paid for my flight expenses to attend the award ceremony. That why me and my team canceled story za awards. Some artist do that but I can never do such a thing .. I'm true to my self
