Larry Madowo is making one big step after another.
As he has always says about being a boy from Siaya to working for one of the biggest media houses, interviewing the who's who across the World.
Taking to social media, Larry made an announcement that had many people talking. He revealed that he would be interviewing American business magnate, Bill Gates online all day today across BBC, on TV and radio.
Their main discussion was on issues around the fight against the global pandemic, coronavirus.
"Catch my interview with Bill Gates all day today across the BBC, on TV and radio, wherever you are in the world" Larry shared
From prime time news anchor on NTV, he stepped up to be the business editor at the BBC Kenya bureau before taking up a position as BBC’s Africa Business Editor.
He then took a sabbatical and came back as a correspondent still under BBC. He was named Young Global Leader in 2020 by the World Economic Forum for his contribution to Journalism.

Recently, Larry Madowo faced a lot of criticism and hate after a video of him twanging went viral. Kenyans did not appreciate him twanging his name and trying to sound very American.
