Nameless is one happy man after revealing that his dad, Mathenge Snr is now recuperating after undergoing a head surgery.

In his latest Instagram post, the musician opened up on his father's health, revealing that Mathenge Snr was battling subdural hematoma, a condition that saw him hospitalized for 10 days.

The terrifying part is the fact that it is the same life threatening condition that Nameless was treated for, three years ago.

"Just a Gratitude post ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ!! Behind the scenes my dad has been in Hosiptal, for about Ten Days to undergo a head surgery , because he had some blood clots in his head that caused some minor strokes, a condition called subdural Hematoma, (kitu ka hiyo๐Ÿค”),

It was nerve racking for our family especially because of his age, but the surgery went well thanks to a brilliant team of doctors under the leadership of neuro-surgeon Dr D. Olunya, who also treated me 3 years ago when I had a similar life threatening brain condition that some of you may remember," Nameless' post read in part.

According to the 'Butterfly' singer, his 84-year-old dad is now on home nursing care and is recovering well.

He went on to highlight that his family was a bit overwhelmed by the medical bill during this Corona period, but NHIF came through in sorting part of it.

"Also the bill had gotten kidogo crazy but thank God NHIF came through as well to help us with part of the bill, especially at a time like the Corona season๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธwhen things are tough ..all in all just want to give thanks๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ...sometimes we dance just to release stresses like this ๐Ÿ˜Š... Today I celebrate life๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ and second chances!! " Nameless wrote.
